ORDERING
NOTE: Our Business Hours are 9:00AM - 3:30PM Monday thru Thursday Mountain Time (email anytime above) We are CLOSED FRIDAYS
1) The best way to order at this time is to call us on our toll-free number (shown below) and have your credit card ready. We will enter your order and you will know if what you want is in stock at the time you call. You will also know the shipping/handling costs.
2) Do not place orders via email because the risk of credit card number piracy is too great. We are now (Jan 2011) working to set up on-line ordering via a secure 'shopping cart' store. Please visit the 'store' link from time to time to see if is in operation.
3) For your convenience we have shown the product ordering numbers on our price list (see 'manuals/price list' link at the top and bottom of all pages). The price list is also set up as a worksheet. You can print this out and then place an 'x' in the parentheses ( ) provided by each product listing you wish to order. Then when you phone in your order you will have all the correct ordering numbers immediately at hand.
4) When ordering the 'basic' unit be certain to specify whether or not you want the Muzzle Dec installed. This is not a part which you can easily install yourself. If you order a unit without the Dec and later decide you want the Dec, the unit will have to be shipped to the factory for the installation.
5) You can pre-pay by regular mail if a credit card is not convenient. To do this you must call us first (toll-free) to get an accurate total amount and an order number. The payment must be in certified funds - ie: money order or cashiers check etc..
6) We do not offer COD for retail sales.
